Why language matters in a workshop
Car repair is about precision: when did the noise start, at what speed, cold or warm, only under braking or in corners too. Those details decide whether a mechanic finds the cause in ten minutes or spends an hour looking for it. Anyone forced to describe them in a foreign language inevitably leaves a few out — and that costs money.
That is why our team is multilingual: Dutch, English and Polish. Not as a marketing line on a website, but because in Tilburg it is simply practical.
How a visit works
- Contact. Call or WhatsApp — tell us in your own language what is going on. A photo or a video of the noise is welcome too; it often beats a hundred words.
- Intake. We ask the follow-up questions the mechanic needs and write them on the job sheet.
- Diagnosis. The car goes on the lift or onto the diagnostic equipment. Whatever we find, we explain in plain language — not in jargon you simply have to take on trust.
- Quote up front. You hear what is needed and what it costs before we replace anything. Where useful we split it: this needs doing now, that can wait a while.
- Work and collection. When you collect the car we go through the invoice with you, item by item.
What we often hear
"At my previous garage I didn't understand the bill." That is exactly what we want to avoid. If you don't understand what you are paying for, you cannot judge whether it is right. So we explain what was broken, why it broke and what has been done — with the old part in hand if that helps.

Lovensestraat 10H in Tilburg, in the Loven district. Customers come from all over Tilburg — Reeshof, Berkel-Enschot, the city centre — and from Goirle, Oisterwijk, Waalwijk and Breda. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00.
