This is a translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Dutch one: Algemene Voorwaarden. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Dutch text, the Dutch text prevails.
NRG Automotive Service: the business, established at Lovensestraat 10H, 5014 DS Tilburg, KVK 90878647.
Customer: any natural or legal person who makes use of the services of NRG Automotive Service.
Vehicle: the motor vehicle presented by the customer for repair or maintenance.
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, assignments and agreements of NRG Automotive Service. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotations are without obligation. Once accepted by the customer, the quotation is binding. Prices for parts are based on the purchase price applicable at the time of ordering.
NRG Automotive Service performs work in accordance with the standards of good workmanship. We use qualified technicians and quality parts. If additional defects are found outside the original assignment, we contact the customer beforehand.
We provide a warranty of 3 months or 5,000 km (whichever is reached first) on repairs carried out and parts used, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The warranty lapses in the event of:
Payment is due when the vehicle is collected, unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, PIN and iDEAL. In the event of late payment the customer owes statutory interest.
NRG Automotive Service is liable for direct damage that demonstrably results from an attributable failure, up to a maximum of the invoice value of the assignment concerned. Liability for consequential damage is excluded.
Complaints must be reported in writing within 8 days of discovery via info@nrgautomotive.nl. We aim to handle complaints within 5 working days.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted in the first instance to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant.
